My Mullinax Lincoln reviewFound this Dealership online and it was referred to me by co-workers. My Sales Person was DL Carter. He was very helpful and was not pushy. I felt like I got a fair deal and a very nice used car. I shopped around a bunch before this purchase. Their website was helpful and informative. I appreciated that. Other stores were pushy and I wasn’t sure if the other dealership were honest with me. I would encourage others to consider this dealership. ++++++++

My Mullinax Lincoln reviewI have never been treated so bad in all my life. I would not recommend this dealership if they were the only dealership in Tennessee. I went there to buy a car that had been on their lot for almost 9 MONTHS, I filled out my credit application and my mom was co-signed for me. They told me to go ahead and take the car home with me even though it was late Saturday night and they could not process the rest of the finance information until Monday morning. They assured me there would be no reason why I would have any problems when I came in on Monday. They were suppose to have the papers ready for me to sign on Monday when I got off work. Prior to me leaving in the car, they had already given me my interest rate and payment on the car. I left there in the car thinkin it was mine. On Monday I get a call at work saying I dont make enough money, even though my mom had co-signed. The interest rate went from 6.09% to up in the 9%’s. I decided to not take the deal because the monthly price was already more than I wanted to spend prior to the interest rate going up over 3%. Three weeks later I decide to give it another try, after starting a second job just so I could afford the car. They tell me I have to bring in my parents past two years of income tax and proof of income of myself and my parents. ALAN MULLINAX tells me to bring the information they requested in the next day and they would process it. When I take off my job to take them the stuff, they tell me Alan Mullinax does not even work on Tuesday’s. so they can’t process the stuff until the next day, which was Wednesday. They said they would call me first thing Wednesday morning and said with all the proof I had brought it there would be no problems this time buying the car. Wednesday morning rolls around and they never call. When we call them they say THEY SOLD THE CAR the night before….which was a lie. After several phone calls, and then a visit up there I find out they let a man come in and put a $150 deposit on the car to buy it and the man didn’t like the interest rate they gave him so he was going to look around to find a cheaper rate. This place is a disgrace. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are liars and I have never been treated like this before. They say its my fault because I should have taken the car the first time….Just do not use Mullinax.. Learn from my mistake!!!

My Mullinax Lincoln reviewThe Service Advisor was very friendly and concerned about my time. He offered to have someone take me back to my home. He explained my problem and informed me how much I should expect to spend. When I picked up my truck, someone bought it around to me. They certainly go the extra mile and it really refreshing to see people who care about their work and the customer!
