Went to chek out a car that I ended up buying. I wanted to put down a deposit but I was pressured to pay in full. The car was delivered with scratches down the side. They said they would take care of it and never did. No one at that dealership has ever gotten back to me after several phone calls and e-mails to evryone up to the GM. Bad experience.
Bait and switch operation – beware. Saw 2010 Ford F150 King Ranch on line – called at 11:00 am to confirm it was still on the lot as I was making a long drive. Was confirmed by Danielle that is was there. Said I would be there at 4:00. Received a call back from Rob the used car manager – said he was looking forward to seeing me at 4:00
Drove hours in rush hour traffic only to find the truck had been sold the DAY BEFORE (supposedly) but since I was there they had other great trucks they would show me. I walked out – these guys are unreliable and in my opinion dishonest.

Talk about no class and unprofesionalism. I think you covered it.
The staff was extremely unprofessional. Most of them had no idea what they were doing or what they were talking about. They were more concerned with their opinions than those of the customers. I am not just talking about the sales person i am talking about the staff as a whole. My experience there was shocking to me and something i hope to never encounter again. I would never recommend anyone buy a car there if they wish to be treated with dignity and respect. I am not just a bitter person writing this review. It truly was an awful experience for me and my family especially since we are such warm hearted good people. i left the dealership shaking becasue of how we were treated, screamed at, and disrespected. They were very low class in my opinion and give ford a bad name.
I was looking on eBay for a truck in my area. I found one that was at Metro Ford in Raynham. It was a 05 F-350 with 95k miles. They were asking $19,500 and the book value is $17,300 on it so they had a button that said “Make an offer” I offered $15,000 and I had a mustang to trade. The next day a women named Jennifer called me and said that she talked to her boss and it was good to go and to come on down, so we could finalize things. I came down with my parents and we talked to a man named Joe. I told him my story and he said alright I’ll run it through my boss. He came outside and asked us if we wanted to drive the truck. We drove it, came back and he sat us down and looked at my car. He finished with that and went over to the desk and took 15 min. He came back and told us that the KBB on the truck was $19,900. I told him I made and offer on ebay and it was accepted, so why were they trying to tell me that they wanted $19,900. I said I’m not paying that, I wanted the original deal $15,000 + $7000 for my Trade which it was booked valued at. They said they couldn’t do that and my parents and I argued for a bit and decided to walk out. He then proceed to bad mouth my car and how it’s not worth it. I told him I want to talk to the manager, and he said he will get the owner. I don’t know if it was the actual owner, but he came outside and greeted us. I told him the story and he said that he never authorized that and he authorizes everything before it goes out. I told him I have an email stating it was a deal for $15,000 and he said “forget Jennifer” she has nothing to do with it. He said that he needs to fix these trucks up and make a profit and how is he going to make money when he’s selling a truck for $15,000. I then proceed to call them liars and they shouldn’t do that to people. We started to get into the car and my Father called the “owner” a swear word because he was mad about the whole situation. The “owner” started walking back to the car and said” So you’re threatening me, you’re lucky you’re a old man because I would kick your ass” I think that quote right there proves that these people are not at all professional and don’t take treating people right seriously. Don’t go to Metro Ford EVER unless you want to get scammed and treated like garbage.
Hey Ford owners, bangaloreans are really lucky to have service centers Like Metro Ford, Amazing Experience !! i have Ford Fiesta purchased from Chennai Ford, i never had a delighted experience giving for service at Chennai Ford & MPL Ford, but at Metro Ford Amazing Experience, all thanks to Mr boopathy who attended me. Now i feel i am owning a global brand
Thet screwed up the registration to a fare thee well, but since they already had my check, they couldn’t care less.
Once we had agreed on a price, when it came time to close, they had added over 7K in additional “upgrades” that I had not agreed upon. I told the girl “no way” and she said she was too busy to go back and change anything. So I walked out and then got a call on my cell phone from the salesman to come back and they would sell for the originally agreed price. When I went back, they tried to add the upgrades again and the conversation got heated until the general manager came and they finally agreed on the original price.
I have spoken to other purchasers that they have pulled this with and they too are disgusted.
Then they offer you a free oil change to rate them all 10’s in the after purchase satisfaction survey.
STAY AWAY!!!!
In first 5000 miles, anti sway bars on both sides popped out and were hanging, Service Manager tried to tell me it was a “Wear Item” and would not be covered under warranty. After I lost it with him he covered it under warranty.
At 20000 miles, I went to Metro to get an inspection sticker and they flunked the truck for insufficient tread on the original equipment tires even though there was plenty of tread visible. Service manager tried to sell me new tires for $500. After I lost it with him he said he would replace 4 for the price of 2. I said no and walked out with a rejection sticker on the truck, went to another inspection station where they said nothing was wrong with the tires.
At 28000 miles I heard a wierd noise coming from the front end. The service manager told me the front hubs were gone and it was a “wear item” not covered under warranty. After I lost it with him he said he would replace 2 for the price of one.
Do you see the trend here? Stay away , they are thieves.
I was quoted a price on the phone. I drove down. The price went up based on my trade, which I described on the phone. They also have an expensive doc fee of $350, that is hidden cost and not present at smaller or more independent dealers.
