My Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep reviewWe were lied to repeatedly and blatantly about a refund check, based on the difference between the sell price and Internet price for a used Corolla my husband bought. If he had been told it would take 3-4 weeks to process, well, I guess it would have taken 6 months instead of 6 weeks to receive. We got the “check is in the mail” line several times, and finally my husband spoke with a company veep, and drove down to Benton from North Little Rock to get the check the next day. The salesman lied repeatedly, bald-faced to my husband’s face, to me and my husband over the phone. These were stupid lies that were not hard to check. I work in a prison, and truly, it was the same kinds of lies I hear daily! Hurt the company’s rep seriousl.
Sorry that it took so long, the management staff knew nothing about this until you contacted a manager. Landers is sorry for the way you were treated, we don not do customers this way. If you need anything else please contact me personally.
