    My Future Ford of Clovis review

    **EMail sent to the general manager***
    On Sunday August 26th 2012 I came into your dealership and traded in my 03 Ford F350 STRAIGHT ACROSS for a 06 Dodge Charger that you had on your lot. Your salesman Albert is the best.
    Your employee/s made the inspection of my truck and when the auto check was run there was a discrepancy on the odometer. An obvious mistake. We were told “no problem, it’s and obvious mistake and easily taken care of.”
    The contract was signed NOT conditional that any other action was required on my part. The mileage on the truck is correct it is a DMV typo.
    2 days later I received a seriously rude and demanding call form Jose Sanchez. He said the car had to be brought back and the contract had to be undone, we would have to take the truck to DMV get the odometer discrepancy written off, bring the truck back and re-do the deal. This conversation was after DMV had closed of course so it was to be taken care of by ME the next day according to Jose.
    So I went to DMV the next morning ( I wanted them to tell me what needed to be done because Jose had made me angry the night before). They told me ANYONE can bring that truck in, have a DMV employee walk out to the truck and visually read the odometer and issue a statement.
    My husband Clayton called and asked to speak with you but instead was directed to “Rich the sales manager”. He was not aware that odometer issue had been discussed prior to signing the contract said he would check on this issue and call us back. Which he did. He was apologetic and told my husband not to worry “they will make it right and take care of it”.

    Today I come home to find in the mail a threatening letter that states your dealership was unable to obtain financing for me???!!!!! and that if the car is not returned immediately I will assume the expense of having it repossessed! Are you kidding me?! I didn’t require financing and if I find out that they truly had tried to obtain it for the car…..the consideration of a lawsuit is in the fore front.

    You have had my truck in your possession for 4 days. Do I own this car or not?!

    Both my husband and myself will be coming to the dealership tomorrow. He will be taking the day off AGAIN from work to try and settle this issue. I would like to know that you will be available.

    My Future Ford of Clovis review

    Car buying was fine- however lie after lie. Trying to get my money from my trade-in. They told me check would be written as soon as loan funded. It has been 2 weeks. Ford Finance tells me they have not yet received a contract from dealer. Every time I call a get a different date. They will also not return any calls. DO not do business with Future
