In less than an hour I bought anice lexury car for Avery very affordable price I like my Ls430 from international motor will send there all my friends and family members thank you
Very very helpful. I cannot believe everybody doesn’t just go to these guys to buy a luxury car over going to the big dealerships. They treat you like family and tell you everything you didn’t know about car prices. I bought a BMW I never thought I could afford and traded in my truck that I paid even more for a few years ago. Hadi was very knowledgeable and upfront with us about what we were getting. No hidden fees or surprises like other dealerships. THANK YOU INTERNATIONAL. WE ARE NEW YOUR LIFELONG CUSTOMERS.
I did not buy their sales pitch. I visited them back in June and yesterday where I found 90% of their cars still unsold. Almost bought a BMW (SUV) but a Chinese couple rushed and got it instead. I was so lucky because when they took it for a test drive, they did not pay attention to the oil spot under the car. What is funny is the owner Bridgett walked on the front of us and cleaned the oil off the floor like there was nothing there and yelled on her sales guy for not covering it up immediately.
we walked in and couldn’t get anyone to help us. We walked into the office and the lady shut the door as if we werer bothering her. Bridgette came out and finally asked if she could help us. so we test drove and Purchased a car. great price for sure and paperwork was easy. but OH NO!!! 2 days later nothing but codes, car wouldn’t start and nothing but problems with it. they first said we could not have the car until the codes were gone to get it inspected but it had nothing to do with the engine or any type of problems. I called and told them what happened and they avoided said take it to a mechanic. I have never had problems with vehicles after the 2nd day and with no help from this company at all.
Good experience!! No back and forth with the sales manager. Straight forward with pricing and service. I would do business with IMP again and will refer anyone who is looking to buy a great vehicle for a great price to this dealership. I bought a great BMW, at a great price and received outstanding service from Brigette. I am completely THRILLED with my car.
I just want to share my experience at International Motor w anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My wife & i have now purchased our 5th vehicle from Briggette at International Motor. Each purchase has been honest, & a great value! The staff is always very friendly, and you really know that they are being honest with you. They have been very consistent in the 12yrs, that we have been dealing with them. We highly recommend them to anyone looking!
I am really impressed by this place. They have some of the most amazing cars and all priced affordable. Even us average joes can afford a Mercedes at these prices. You definitely don’t get harassed or forced to buy anything you don’t want to. They let us make our decision on our own and answered any questions we had after. Not the typical “car salesman” treatment you get at other dealerships. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated like a person not just a customer. Thanks international we love our new (used) BMW.
RUN!!!! Don’t turn around, don’t look back… Worst experience with a dealer of our lives!!! Put aside their unprofessionalism, with attire, attitude, discussing company business in front of us and overall ADD of its staff. We tried for 2 days to buy a car and no one could pay attention long enough. Plus, the fact we were told they close at 6p no matter if you are buying a car or not, those employees are out of there! I would be too if I worked there. We had to come back the next day because they took so long the first day that they closed before we were finished. It is an hour from our house, not so convenient. The employees did not make us a priority, eating lunch in front of us, taking other calls… it was ridiculous but we thought we were getting a good car so we put up with it. Unfortunately, we were wrong. Not 3 blocks from the dealership after purchasing the car and a warranty did the transmission blow up! Of course, an item not covered under there warranty. We went back and demanded our money back when the Owner mysteriously disappeared! Not until we mentioned lemon laws did they say ok to returning our money. We had to wait for the owner to return which we were told would be 1 hour, we waited 3 and no Owner, no money! 10 hours total, and no car was very upsetting. The next day she called us yelling at us that it was our fault and then hung up. What kind of business is this? Also, they add reviews to make them look better. BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! I’d give them no stars if I could.
Worst business experience ever! All these five star reviews are from the company… There is no way they could have three months of perfect service after years of screwing the public. They are BS reviewing their own company for a better rating. Check the 2008 thru late 2011 reviews to see the true nature of the bitch owner Bridget. They will lie and cheat you out of whatever they can with every car on the lot. No need to tell you my whole story, but they sold me a car that needed a new transmission. They are known to go as far as selling a salvage title car without disclosing it…
I am posting this review on Easter Sunday so you know I am not being paid to do so, just hoping to save you from a horrible mistake due to their excessive lies and taking advantage of this review site. Do the research and avoid International Motor and Bridget the owner at all costs.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They have some of the most beautiful cars. I will tell everyone about international motor.
Rude thats all i can say, extremely rude
We dealt with a really nice guy who sat up front and was willing to answer all of our questions and concerns. Could not ask for a better buying experience. Everyone was knowledgable, reasonable, and very nice. A++ International.
An absolutely awesome buying experience. I really don’t understand any of these bad reviews. People usually jump for the opportunity to say negative things but shy away from saying anything positive. SO i’m going to change that now, because International Motor was an eye opening car buying experience for me due to the personal attention I was given by my salesperson and how nice everyone was to me. I felt like I was the one selling them the car, thats how comfortable I felt. I will definitely buy the rest of my cars and family vehicles from international motor.
Just drive past this house of horrors. Purchased our Benz and got stuck with GAP and Warrentee (they charge over double the cost for this) Long story short car was totaled and the Warrentee company sent Bridget its portion of the refund and she was to send it and her portion to the bank. We have gone over 2 months of her holding this money and neumorase calls and she just holds the money that leagly does not belong to her. Many calls to her from GAP company Bank and my self and she just doesnt care she is keeping what she has no rights to. Only reason they get any stars it it will not let me post with negative stars
I thought brigette and her employees were very nice and fair. Obviously the review by Benzover is out of line and ridiculous, he can’t even spell. If you are going to make assumptions and claims about people at least do it in an educated and proper format. International Motor is a group of non-commissioned sales people and owners who want you to get into a nice vehicle without paying top dealership prices. We saved over 5000 dollars off avg retail price on our infiniti after warranty and ttnl. Ya we had to put a few bucks in it just like any used car, but overall we got more then what we paid for and those of you who don’t know anything about foreign luxury cars, don’t buy them used if you can’t afford the upkeep. Don’t go blaming people who are trying their hardest to bring you a luxury car you otherwise couldn’t have afforded from Park Place or Sewell.
That may be the worst fraudulent review I have ever seen. If I really purchased a vehicle from International Motors I would never write a review like that. I mean, come on now Bridget! I read your little expose about your top 500 dealerships in Texas. In the words of any old East Texan, ‘If you polish a turd it’s still a turd.’ Bridget you are just polishing turds!!
No such thing as free shrimp… yes the prices seem good at first but I answered that they where not because of the quality of vehicle you will get for your money. There business model is by a horrible car and some idiot will by it. And yes it works for them because people still believe they can get something for nothing… I went to look at a convertible mercedes 2003 CLK… They wanted me to discuss they cost of the car financing and everything else before doing a test drive… when i told them i was paying cash they still wanted to talk about the cost of the car before letting me test drive it…
I told them that the top was not down in any of the pictures on the web and I wanted to see it down… it got stuck half way down and you had to push it for it to continue… I had scheduled a mechanic to look at it up the street and 5 star so the owner (a truly crazy lady) starts running around and calls them saying she knows them then pretending to be a friend of the guy that i had set it up.
I finally got to drive the car when i was bringing it to 5 star and lets just say i turned right around and brought it back… it was messed up… the transmission was all jacked up… thats a cheap fix… before i drove it I had mentioned that I would be willing to negotiate around the price which she gave a flat no to…
I work up the street and go by it everyday and was so happy the day i saw it on a truck going back to auction…
hahahaha…
yeah dont by from them…
I was reviewing other comments about this dealer before engaging with them. I noticed very negative feedback and will not be contacting them. Also, I noticed 2 posts (from “Gerald Cotton” and “boarder”) on the same date and time. These posts gave excellent ratings and ridiculously gracious feedback. It’s obvious that the dealer entered these bogus comments and thus screams of ethical issues.
Beware!
Many people here say they had a good buying experience. Who cares about buying experience. Its the experience after buying that counts. I got an 2004 infinity from these guys which had a mileage of about 75,500. i paid $11,000. sounds like a good deal isnt it? The car had an accident which was not reported in carfax. Since these guys get it from the auction, they knew that the car was damaged and is not in a good condition and hence the relatively low price. They didnt tell me anything. The owner, the lady lied to my face that its an incredible car. Within 2 weeks the engine is burning oil and i get a cloud of smoke when i start the car. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy car from these guys. They brag about a women owning the store. But they all lie. Totally disappointed over wasting my hard earned money.
Try some other dealer and never International motors.
Their prices appear to be great. It took a long time for anyone to greet me but the person who eventually did was pretty friendly about it. From there on in, I was treated like dirt, they had no regard for me, my time, or my life. I went through a lot to get the car I wanted from them, and they were fully aware of it, and absolutely didn’t care. They lied to me, changed their prices, changed the deal, whispered behind my back, tricked me, etc, after I had been in touch with them for a week prior to wasting 10+ hours of driving and $100+ in gasoline to go see the car I wanted from International Motor Productions. In the end, they completely screwed me over, shrugged and said “Too bad.” and I went on the long drive back home.
Very shady “dealership”
First time buying a used car from a dealer, and they saw me coming. I blame myself for believing their lies. If you buy a car from these liars make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing, and have it independently inspected before handing over any money.
We had agreed to the list price, and items they were going to replace. I put a $500 non refundable deposit on the vehicle, and the next day they said they would not replace the items. They also snuck in a higher price on me that was above the agreed asking price.
As soon as I drove the car off the lot things started falling apart…. only minutes after buying the car.
Huge learning experience for me. Do not be as stupid as me, and stay away from this dealer.
I’ve had the priviledge of purchasing 2 vehicles from IMP. I haven’t been disappointed! Bridgette, Vicky, and John went over and aboveto accomadate nort only my budget, but my schedule as well. Highly recommended.
very patient and honest folks with greatly priced vehicles. buying experience was very pleasant and smooth. Thanks John!
It was very friendly and pleasant visit. I will be back here again and would be more than happy to refer others.
John helped me with the car and Justin got me Financed. Everyone was very proffessional and the prossess was fast and easy. Thank you!:)
”We wanted to thank you for the wonderful buying experience we had. We love our BMW and we felt great about the pricing. You are fair and honest and those qualities are rare in the automotive selling world. We’ll be sure to send our friends your way!”
🙂 This was a great car buying experience!!! We were greeted by Brigette, but not stalked as we had been at the other 3 dealerships. We looked at our leisure. This dealership has a very nice selection, prices are more than fair, and no one is breathing down your throat trying to “sell” you. We purchased a BMW, and could not be anymore pleased w/ the way the transaction was handled by Brigette, and w/ the vehicle itself. If you have not been to International Motor Production, i highly reccommend that you do!!!
I really like the way they do business at International Motor Productions, I wanted to browse around and look at several cars without someone over my shoulder, they let me do that. When I had a question they were very helpful and didn’t try to “sell” me something I didnt want. It is not a fancy place, but I dont really want to pay a higher price to buy from a fancy dealership. I got a great deal and I will buy my next car there without a doubt.
Very upfront and no nonsence dealership. I came in and looked at their inventory with out high preasure sales people following me around. When I was ready to ask questions Bill was available for me. He was very knowledgable and upfront. The prices are all set so there was no haggling and dealing. The paperwork took 20 minutes to complete. All dealerships should follow this model. I will be back next time I need a car again.
My wife and I had a great car buying experience. John was very knowledgable on the different car we looked at and test drove. We will tell all of our friends:)
I must say, the experience of purchasing my vehicle was an absolute blessing. I spoke with John C. very briefly and he was extremely pleasant and suggestive. I will with out a doubt purchase onother vehicle from Brigette and her group. 🙂
I can’t believe these people are still in business! Like everyone else here I had a bad experience that comes down to IMP not disclosing important information about the vehicle which, if known, would make someone unwilling to purchase the car.
After speaking by phone with Michelle, who assured me the car I was considering was in great shape and had no issues, I flew to Dallas to purchase the car (I am thankful I did not fall for their ruse to hand over a $500 (non-refundable) deposit before I made the trip). When I arrived I noticed oil dripping from under the car. It was casually mentioned that the engine had been replaced and that the manufacturer had washed their hands of matter and voided the warranty. Oh, but IMP was going to provide me with their own warranty. Right! I got out of there as quick as I could.
When I returned home I started investigating IMP and found site after site, like this one, with people writing about similar experiences. I should have done my homework.
Buyer beware of IMP!!!
The Same day( Friday ) the Vehicle ( 2004 Mercedes C240 4 Matic) was purchased the Parking brake went out ( it’s probable never work in first place). That day they are finish state inspection just 10 minutes before I bought this car I can guaranty nobody was checking Parking Brake but State Inspection sticker is on windshield. It was after hours so I call tomorrow ( Saturday ) and lady on phone recommended Martin shop.So Monday after work I stop by International Motor and tall them for parking Brake. Some guy try to fix but he couldn’t.
He say it’s easy to fix it and they going to take care for free.He scheduled appointment with Ivan (Martin father).
They are play with me for 3 weeks and nobody fix it.Justin assured me that everything would be taken care of, Brigitte too and John or something like that( Manager ).So when Ivan tall them he need new parts from Mercedes Dealer ( cost maybe $120) they all have memory lost. No one person remember promises and they lie in my face. They say I do not have anything in writing so they will not pay for my Parking Brake.
This is SCAM DEALER.In Martin’s shop they “fix” car and than sale to us.
I DO NOT recommend this dealer for non one.
After an independent mechanic’s inspection of the vehicle identified an air conditioning problem, this dealer promised to fix it. Purchase of the vehicle, a Honda Accord, was conditioned upon the AC being repaired, up to and including a new compressor.
Despite promises, dealer performed substandard work, and did not bleed the AC system or replace the dryer or valve, when replacing the compressor (with a junked, rebuilt compressor). As a result, AC failed within 30 days (in the heat of the summer!)
Attempts to get the dealer to make good on their promises, or reimburse the cost of repairs, were rudely rebuffed.
Buyer’s complaints to Better Business Bureau were responded to by Brown with lies and inaccuracy.
Letter from the buyer’s lawyer was responded to with additional lies and inaccuracy.
This dealer should not be trusted at all. Any promises MUST be obtained in writing.
Repair to AC system cost the buyer an additional $2,000!
“Financing” is rated a “3” only because the car was not financed, and we have no way of knowing how to rate it. Based on other issues encountered, we’re pretty sure it would be a “0”!
Avoid this dealer at all cost. They are friendly enough when you are looking for a car or during the purchase, but they are willing to tell you whatever lies they need to in order to sell a car. The battery was dead in a car I wanted to purchase. I was told the battery would be replaced. However, I was told the battery was tested and charged and was fine. I was told if there were any issues with the battery that I should come back and they would take care of it. Unfortunately I did not get that in writing. Both the owner, Bridgette Brown and the sales person, John Carlson, remember the conversation from only weeks before. However, their response too bad since I did not get it in writing. They are liars and unwilling to stand behind any verbal commitments they make in selling a car.
Pass the word on to your friends. There are better dealers out there for used cars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH INTERNATIONAL MOTOR PRODUCTIONS AND BRIDGETTE BROWN.
