REPUTABLE AND WILL SCAM YOU!! Pulled the quote an bail move. Wouldn’t let me take the car to get looked at. I’ve had countless problems with the car–and I find out a year after my purchase there was a claim they pressured the original owner not to file before selling to them. Car doesn’t even run anymore–this was not only the worst customer experience in my life it is the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE PERIOD. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the Taliban. Beware of good reviews as they are illegally posted by the company and are fake. I was even yelled at by multiple employees when I tried to tell them why I was so upset. Thanks but I don’t need life advice from scam used car salesmen.

I’m having the exact same problem. They sold my 21 yr old son who’s never bought a car and knows very little about the process a car that we’ve already put 2000.00 worth of work in and we cannot even get it registered because it can’t pass an inspection. Did you ever get your problem resolved???

My Dream Cars Credit reviewPressured into buying a vehicle. Lied about who the bank note would be under. Car was not inspected. Has been in the shop 3 diff times and towed twice. STAY AWAY from this dealership. Once you purchase the car you are treated as if you are no longer an interest of theirs. Terrible customer service!! I paid for a 22,000 car that is currently sitting in the garage!
I am very sorry you have had issues with your vehicle. We strive to make sure this does not happen. This is the first complaint we have gotten about Brandon being “High Pressure”. So I apologize for that as we also strive not to be a “high pressure” dealership. I checked with our service department and we have no record of any vehicle being towed in twice or any recent client have this level of problems. About 2 weeks ago I had to call the towing service & had my car jumped because it wouldn’t start..I purchased a new battery today. 1, month ago I purchased 4 new tires (after having the car for 3 months) because driving on the tires that were on the vehicle were about to blow (2 of them). Both Brandon & Chris (manager & professional liar) said if I didn’t sign all the paperwork they would sell the car. I just wanted to have it checked the next day & said I would go in after that.. Yes, they pressured me into purchasing a car that was obviously in need of many repairs & they didn’t want me to take it to get inspected. I had to sign & leave a deposit..it wasn’t even the car I wanted. They said the bmw they chose was the only I could qualify for.
Going to dream car credit has been a successful experience! My sales person Derek was alot of help and worked my deal within 30 minutes and got me approved. He even got my monthly payments reduced. I am a very satisfied customer! Am very impressed with the staff they are friendly and willing to help you, when you walk through the door. I will most defintely refer and friends and co workers to DREAM CAR CREDIT!

My Dream Cars Credit reviewWe went to the dealership with the intention of test-driving a Mini-Cooper and finding out whether we could afford to get a used one. The Mini-Coopers had already been sold when we got there. We politely and repeatedly explained that we were not interested in any other cars they had, to four different people – two salesmen, a finance person, and another person whose job was unclear. We did ask questions about how much some of the cars might cost, if we were to get one. Our salespeople disappeared for a long time, and then we were ushered into the finance office, where contracts were being printed for us. After we told the finance person we were not going to buy the car, he disappeared and a fourth person came in to speak to us. He seemed extremely upset that we had opted not to buy a car, and he first berated us because he had been working on our deal for two hours and then told us we would never get a better deal. We finally were able to leave, and this same person chased us into the parking lot to demand that we consider a lower monthly payment, in consideration of our first salesperson spending two hours on our case. We politely declined and left. To be accurate, we were in that high-pressure situation for three and a half hours and had to repeat to four different people that we were not going to buy a car. Three of the people who dealt with us were friendly, but none of them listened to our assertions about not buying a car.

In this dream I’m driving in my car and I have an accident, but because of my size the fire department has to use the jaws of life. so after they cut me out of the car. The police tell me Sir why are you in such a small car? Then everybody starts laughing, and chanting “big guy in little car” over and over again. Pretty crazy huh? I’ve learned that things just aren’t made for someone my size. I can go to the Big and Tall Store to buy clothes. to bad they don’t sell cars. Or better yet to bad my budget isn’t as big as I am. I don’t know if it was luck or just coincidence, that lead me to Juan at Dream cars. But I’m glad I found them. He kept me within my budget, and still found me a sweet Infinity to boot! I never dreamed I’d be able to afford such a car. It’s be over two weeks since I’ve bought my Infinity, and I haven’t had a nightmare since. Mr. Juan Herrera I can’t thank you enough.

My Dream Cars Credit reviewI work in real estate, So appearances are very important. You can never take back a first bad impression. So I needed a vehicle that gave off a look of success. Unfortunately, my credit hasn’t been my best friend. Which seemed to leave me with two options. One, go with a car i really couldn’t afford. or two, get a vehicle that, well quite frankly didn’t “fit” my needs. I’m really not sure what led me to dream Cars Credit. But it there that I found option Three. A affordable car that still gave the desired impression. Juan was fantastic. He worked with my suspect credit, and put me in a Cadillac CTS. My Dream Cars Credit reviewWhen I started looking for a new vehicle there was several things I had to consider. First, I needed to make sure I could afford it. Whats the point of having a nice car if you can’t drive it? Second, it needed to be dependable. But most importantly, (and this may sound crazy) it needed to be big enough that my boxer could ride shotgun. This may sound trivial, but dog people understand. you want a car that your co-pilot doesn’t have to lean to put his head out the window. With a hundred and fifteen pound boxer thats easier said then found. But Juan at dream cars really took that into consideration. He found me a wonderful Landrover, that met all of my crazy needs. My Dog and I totally dig my new car. But the best part is that he kept my in budget. Thanks Juan, you made my dogs day!

First it needed to fit in my budget. i mean whats the point of having a nice car if you can’t afford to buy gas? Two, it needed to be a Vehicle that is reliable. You know a Car Company with a good reputation. Third it needed to be something that looked sharp. Hey what can i say,a girl wants to look good. but fourth and probably most importantly. My Boxer needed to be able to ride shot gun in it. All dog people out there know what I’m talking about. A car that he can shit in and not have to leen to stick his head out the window. I know it sounds weird, but it’s a dog thing. Well I’m glad I ran into Juan at dream cars. He got it, and made sure all my requirements, (Be it strange) were met. But the most amazing part, he kept me in budget! This dog lady and her Boxer are very, very happy! Go see Juan! He’ll get you going.
