Good or Bad.
I wasn't sure about a dealership that I found on Craigslist, but after talking to your staff, I found out you all are very honest and have good ethical values. You gave me a fair price, strived to include a warranty and made sure I wasn't getting myself in any upside-down situation.
I was initially nervous before I got to the dealership but after arriving, I was quickly reassured that there was nothing to worry about. From picking out my car to talking through the buying process, every concern I had was addressed. My whole experience at Dream Cars Credit was definitely more than I expected!
Called them on a Wednesday when i talked to a sales rep named "Eddie". Eddie seemed like a straight forward kind of guy, which i like. We discussed a time to meet (a Friday at 4ish) and I live 20 miles from the location of this dealership. When I get there I am literraly dumped to another sales rep because my sales rep was "with a client". So I had to start all over new, explaining my situation to this new guy who they called "Turkey", probably because he sucked at his job so badly. I knew the car i wanted, test drove it, like it, worked numbers out, and when it came to the financing...which Dream cars credits whole thing is get approved or they give you a steak dinner, YIPPIE. So obviously for me to drive out there I was told by Eddie i was approved and good to go. Turkey on the other hand after an hour of seriously talking to his manager / jerking off or laying a deuce. I dont know what he was doing but seriously I could have done his job for him in a quarter of the time. He also managed to pull all the wonderful car sales man tactics, which failed. (paper with 4 squares, each square filled with APR, Downpayment, monthly Payment, and Sales price). He also asked what kind of monthly payements I could afford "because the bank needed to know". And asked me several times what my hourly wage was, well several times i mentioned what my monthly salary was, so he was upto no good. My girlfriend was also with me, and she mentioned to me she felt very threatened there. Was getting strange looks, and was getting very uncomfortable. After all this, He comes back informs me that I was denied the financing from the bank all together. Completely strange, so I tell him i need to talk to Eddie, well eddie is 'still with a client'. I call eddie 30 minutes after i leave the place and he informs me he will call me back with more details and try to work something out. Well obviously as you all know a 'call-back' from a dealer when they know they arnt going to get any money out of you is like praying for rain in Texas. So i write them a nasty email and call eddie back 3 more times over a week, no response on his phone and no call back. So overall, my experience there was a waste of 2 hours or so and an addition 2 hours in rush hour friday traffic, which my car doesnt handle very well, hints why i was trying to buy a car
