Stay away...stay away! Rude - higher ups! Salesperson was fine...higher ups need help in personal relations. Particularly Joe Gerbino. He lied to me and owner of the company. Car was NOT ready at set date...wanted me to pay for rental car's gas??? Not my fault CO wasn't there and was still in CA.
Disrespectful and humiliating at pick up. Would have walked if the contract was not signed.
All over you with kindness and caring when buying, or leasing, upon signature of contract, you might as well be dead! He (JOE G) could not have cared less. I am surprised that such a person would still be employed.
I will not recommend this dealership. At this moment, I am unable to speak with the owner Charles Daher, due to the fact that Joe G lied. He's still employed...go figure! STAY Away...Stay away!!!

Called them on the phone and got the answers I needed. Went in and bought the car. Great staff.
I have previously bought several new cars elsewhere, But have Never experienced the lies, deceit, tricks, and harassment as I did at "Commonwealth Motors". The staff is VERY unprofessional & rude and will attempt to cheat you until the very last line is signed..IE: I was never told about a $1,5000 cash back offered directly by "Honda Motor Corp." When I became aware of this this cash back incentive--(one day before I was to pick up the bought car) Commonwealth Motors "sales "team" said that they had included the $1,500 cash rebate into the price I was given for my trade-in. I told them, due to these circumstances, I no longer wanted this car. I was then told by Joe Gerbino, the sales manager, "Too bad, your signiture is all over this contract now". If you do decide to buy from Commonwealth Motors, please bring your best attorney and video tape everything.
