My Ressler Subaru review

HORRIBLE! Worst expierence! They are just there to make money and they don’t care about the customer. First I found a car I wanted but they said there was a minor problem with it when I asked what the issue was they said they would have to have there technicians look at it and that runs 84/hr and it take a couple hours! Why should I have to pay for you to tell me whats wrong with your car? Then I bought a car, or so I thought I did, they told me I could pick it up after work and when I went to get it another salesman had SOLD MY CAR!! They didn’t even say anything to the people who I got to watch drive off with the car I had bought! Then they said how sorry they were and that they fix it by giving me a great deal! Well I go in there with my father and they tell him that my fiance filled everyone off, yelled, and screamed when I told them to watch the video to see how it really happened once again they were apologizing for the lie. Now keep in mind the salesperson(ROD) lied because he had scolded me as if I was his child who just commited the worse act in the world, all because I had came to ask about a different car and he said it was not there issue and I can’t expect them to fix something that just happened! The salesman I was working with said he was going to pull it and write SOLD on the car, that never happened, and he said when he saw someone else looking at the car he didn’t know what to do so he just left it go! Hello common sense at all! MOST HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE NEVER GO BACK NEVER RECCOMMEND IT! Plus my cousin bought a car there and after only having it a week it was already broke she had to have it towed and then they charged her 500 to fix the car she just bought a week ago from them. SHOULD HAVE STAYED RESSLERS KUPPER HAS NO CLUE!
