My Frank Jackson's Sandy Springs Ford review

I bought a car from Frank Jackson Ford and really liked the vehicle. However, the low tire pressurwe light was on and they assured me that the problem would be fixed before driving off the lot. Before driving off the lot the tire pressure light was off. 3 days later, while driving to work, the tire pressure light came back on and chose to take it in the next day. I told them it was probably a leak because once filling up one tire with air the light immediately went off. Upon inspection they assured me that there was no leak in the tire and that the problem was taken care of. 3 days later the light comes back on and instead of taking it back I took it to my mechanic. Upon him looking at he he told me there was a small pinhole size leak in the side of the tire and I needed a brand new tire. I take it in later that day. The gentleman at the service station told me he needed to check with my salesman about the addendum sheet promising to fix the tire pressure problem. This was a Saturday so short work day and I brought the car in around 1 and they closed at 4. During all this time my salesman, Cody, did not call him back so he was not able to start anything. They are closed on Sunday so my car remained with them then. Come Monday they do not contact me so I have to call in. They tell me that they got the paperwork and the tire in stock and it should be available later that day. I get a call a hour later telling me that they “just sold the one tire they had that matched mine.” So come tomorrow they will have my new car a total of 5 out of the 10 days I have had it. They are incompetent and I would not suggest using their service department because of their lack or urgency and care. I will not suggest this car dealership to anyone and will not be returning to purchase a car or have any service done.

My Frank Jackson's Sandy Springs Ford review

I drove in to Frank Jackson’s Sandy Springs Ford’s service dept to inquire if they could fit me in for a 30,000 mile service without an appointment. They were very friendly and accomodating. They got my vehicle in and completed the work in a much shorter time than I assumed it would take since I didn’t have an appointment. They described everything they would do and answered all of my questions. I very strongly recommend this service dept!!!:)
