    My Braman Motorcars Porsche Audi review

    Megan is a great Service Tech, but unfortunately I have time and time again found the Braman Auto Management to be less than honest. It’s wonderful to have a professional Service Tech, however, to have an acceptable outcome when getting your car repaired it takes a profession TEAM. This does not exist at Braman. I am seeking alternative service options due to the multiple issues with Braman. Issues mostly stem from loaner cars. The latest issue was improper rental car charges showing up on my credit card account 90 days after a repair job (an error in accounting). The issue was raise 3 weeks ago and while they have admitted the error, they have yet to provide a date that I can expect reimbursement. The multiple issues now have me on alert each time I take my car to Braman. I am normally a trusting person, but have finally come down to face the fact that I cannot trust Braman.
