They misled me, lied about having the vehicle that we were dealing on, it didn’t exist. They tried to say the pictures some times get mixed up on thier web site. I drove three hours to meet Dennis at a set time did everything asked of me they lied to me.
I took my car in for it’s regular service advised them that the check engine light was on. They said they could do a check on the computer and let me know for $110.00. As always I have taken religously my car to Toyota I said sure what ever it is . I was advised that it needed several things , i.e spark plugs, wire air filter etc. After spending $595.00 they said I would not have anymore trouble with it. I was on my way and had to take a short trip to the bay area the next day. One my seconf day the car started running rough again, check engine light came back on. I call my service advior imediately and he said the bring it back in when I returned back to Reno, as I was on my way back and in Auburn. That was Friday, Monday morning I returned it to Toyota and was told on Tuesday that they needed to keep it for a couple of days. I said sure. Not hering anything as promised I call on Thursday and was given the run around, you see they are moving and don’t have time for their customers. Another advisor said that they had to replace a spark plug (1) I then said they replaced all of them last week? Confused an not getting any information, I got intouch with a Sales manager finally and he just called back to let me know that the Service manager would be calling me back this afternoon, aand that they now beleive it is a blown head gasket, or cracked block……..That is a far cry from a spark plug!!!
