Service was fast and a nice job done I will be coming back and telling people how wonderful you guys were. Professional establishment and fair prices for repair.Thank You, Benji
I’ve bought many cars in my time both for my wife and I, I’ll NEVER shop elsewhere, Tiny the manager made things happen for me before I even walked in the door, his team is unbelievable and swell guys… I’ve never been so pleased with an overall experience. My recommendations to everyone, this is a dealership that cares. Regards, Noah
All the employees are very friendly and helpful from waiting in line to leaving when the service is done. Dan Millhouse is very helpful and he explains everything to me. I travel from Bellflower to Northridge for work and I put alot of miles on my car. I know when I bring my car in and it is serviced that it’s ready to go until the next oil change. If I’m a little late it runs like a champ! Thank You!
We recently visited Cerritos Nissan in search for a new Altima and were pleasantly surprised from the time we walked through the door the entire facility is well kept, friendly employees with tons of energy and the minute we met with the Director Tiny we were SOLD! This guy went way above and beyond to help us out and I KNOW for a fact we got the best deal because we shopped a few other places and not only were they trying to make me sign paperwork that I did NOT agree to but they tried to get me to buy a truck! Obviously I was looking for a car not a truck! Tiny made it all happen AND more, I actually test drove the 2010 Maxima and fell in love with it we worked numbers and immediately I was ecstatic I’ve been telling all my girlfriends about this experience and how Tiny really made my year, this is my very first BRAND new car and I owe it all to him, I’d also like to thank everyone there for providing excellent customer care.
I called last Friday to ask about the new Nissan Titan and talked to Rebecca over the phone, she assured me I’d have what I wanted upon arrival and as soon as my wife and I showed up there Saturday our sales associate was Jefferey early in the morning and this guy had energy for days was really friendly and best of all knowledgeable about every question I had.
I was given a price over the phone and when I got there I was hoping for the same price but I got an even better deal working with Tim was a pleasure as well. Everyone so far we talked to was exceptional and they deserve to be recognized for the way they treat customers.
:)Pretty easy and no one put PRESSURE so we drove off pretty happy. 😀
Took my car in yesterday for it’s first oil change. The service advisor was great. I didn’t expect too many repairs since it’s pretty new. He did advise me to go with synthetic oil. It’s a bit pricier but lasts longer so it made sense. Their shuttle dropped me off at work and the car was ready (and washed) when I came at lunch time. I’ll go back.
I’m in sales myself so I know that nobody really likes to be sold so I take most reviews of the sales process with a little grain of salt. Cerritos Nissan surprised me. I needed a new car for work and chose a Maxima. My credit isn’t the greatest but I had a decent down payment. Based on prior car buying experiences, I figured I was in for a grueling day no matter which dealership I chose.
I called Cerritos Nissan to book the appointment. Erica was great, answered my questions, and set up a time for me to meet with Mark Wessel. He was ready when I got there. We went through all the things that I was looking for. We looked at both new and used. The incentives on new cars seemed to make the most sense so I ended up with 2010 in a payment range that worked.
Overall good experience.
Really it was the worst service I ever had.
We waited over an hour just for someone to help us!! There was only one guy working as service consultant at 3 PM MONDAY, which is obviously a bad service. We went to ask the guy when he would help us, and he said that we interrupted him!!! He wouldn’t even apologize for the waiting. The guy was very rude to us. I’m not going to Cerritos Nissan anymore!!

Going to this dealership was the worst decision we’ve ever made. We wasted 4 hours of our time haggling for the price of a USED Armada, which had 75,000 miles, and was advertised for $15,995. We had decent credit, and had money to put down, but these people are just too greedy. It’s a damn SHAME to the NISSAN Corporation!!! What ever you guys do…don’t go to this dealership!!! Watch out for the finance manager named JOVI DIZON, this guy is such a liar and a crook. SHAME ON YOU CERRITOS NISSAN!!! NO WONDER THE CAR INDUSTRY IS GOING DOWN BECAUSE OF THE WAY YOU GUYS DO BUSINESS!!! SHAME…SHAME ON YOU!!!
