I bought a $40,000 vehicle from them and when it was delivered it had a cracked windshield. I told the company about it and they took it back and fixed it. The next day they drove it back out to my house and I noticed that the back door was a different shade then the rest of the truck. I decided to take it in to a paint shop and they told me that the door had been repainted or replaced. I called the dealership about the problem and they told me that the saleman no longer worked there. I spoke to the manager and he said that I needed to drive it back in so they could take a picture of it. It takes a total of 2 hours to drive there and back. I asked him to send someone out to take the picture and they told me no. I have a job where I travel and had to leave so I had my friend take care of the rest. I talked to the manager and he told me that he spoke to GM and that they said it was damaged in shipping and that they would replace the truck. The next day my friend called them to set it up and they told him they would only replace the door. My truck is black and you can see swirl marks all over it so replacing the door only is going to make one perfect shiny door and then everything else dull and scratched. It has been three weeks and I still do not have anything done about it yet.I have been lied to over and over and I was sold a wrecked truck without knowing it and still paid full price. I will be gettinng a lawyer to take care of the rest.
