Unbelievably In Competent
I have never worked with such an incompetent group of people in my life !! Especially sales people. From the time they said they would not sell the vehicle at the price we were quoted two days before, to now, just trying to get the registration. We have spoke with the salesperson, sales manager, finance manager, and finally general manager. All have been untruthful, unapologetic, and couldn't care less about how they deal with you. I'm curious to see how the service issues will be dealt with (they are supposed to fix a cup holder as negotiated when they purchase was made). If you do buy here, do your homework and don't pay a dime more than you HAVE to...it won't make a difference either way.
