I had contacted Jon from the internet when I made a request for information on a Honda Fit. He was very polite and took the time to explain some of the different opportunities and the rareness of being able to test drive one. He scheduled some time for me to come and test and go over numbers, and that's exactly what it was. When I got there, I told the person who greeted me that I was there for Jon R. and they took me right to him. He showed me a product specialist and they kept it at that. I wasn't swarmed by salespeople like I have been at other places. We already had some price quotes so we were pretty skeptical, but they gave me some numbers that were a lot better than the others, so we knew we were at the right place. They finished the deal in a short amount of time and I drove away with my Fit the same day. It was an AWESOME experience, and my wife LOVES the car.
