Horrible time stranded in Utah! Transmission on our new car went out on a trip back home to California from Utah. Dealer made us wait, my 2 children 8 and 12 and myself, until Monday night to authorise a rental. Even though we have the best extended warranty package chrysler offers.It took 2 weeks to get our car back and I had to fly back to Utah to get it. I drove the car the 12 hours home to Galt. We used the car to take our kids to school and to drive kids to soccer practice. We notice a rattle in the under carriage and then the brakes started to pulse on stopping. When we took the car to our local dealership it was pointed out that the mechanic had forgotten to put back the bolts in the caliper assembly. He said it was lucky that we had not had a catastrophic failure. Well the bolts had to be backordered so we still have a rental. Amazing. I asked the local dealership if it would be faster to just have the TOOELE UTAH DODGE CHRYSLER mail them to us. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
