Stay away from this dealership.
We've got major tire-related problems on our 4-year old, 47k miles car, and have been to this dealer at least 5 times about the same problem. Basically, our tires gradually lose air, only to end up completely flat overnight, for no apparent reason. We've had to change flat tires and obsess with checking/increasing air pressure multiple times over the last 14 months, never mind the time we've had to spend going back & forth, etc.
The dealer doesn't admit there's a problem; so after being in there for 5 times about the same thing with no real resolution at the end (even after involving the not so nice & helpful service manager), we finally approached the stage of calling the manufacturer. Here's the funny (or pathethic) thing: given the dealer's incompetence of diagnosing the problem, the manufacturer itself (INFINITI) suggested that we take the car to a tire specalist in the area, which is what we did. The tire shop actually found the problem around the rim (an expensive part to replace), wrote up the paper work, and sent us back to the dealer so they can fix the problem. EVEN AFTER this stage, the dealer would still deny that there is a problem. And because the dealer cannot find the problem and cannot report the details of the problem, the manufacturer does not take any course of action either. Have you ever heard such crap? We've paid somewhere near 50's for this car 4 years ago, trusting Infiniti's image and quality, only to end up with a car, which we're scared to drive. Our theory about all this: Infiniti just does not want to move a finger, because if they were to address this problem, they may possibly be admitting to a wider, bigger issue about these cars having a major problem with their rims. By the way, we've experienced this problem, with almost all tires, not just one.
