The first two times we visited, the dealership was not busy. We had the full attention of a sales person. When we were ready to buy, they were busy with the "employee discount for everyone". We were there - with our 3 kids - for 45 minutes. We tried to get help, but no one was available. We walked the lot, and the waited in the showroom for more than 20 minutes. We couldn't even get anyone to say hi to us.

We went across town to their competition and purchased a new '08 LaCrosse. Though we were hoping to purchase from the place we started looking - the original saleman was nice enough - it worked out for us to go elsewhere.
