I took my car to have tires put on it. I was very clear upon make the appointment for this that I wanted tires with white raised lettering and the dealership said they could get them. When my husbad arrived for this appointment he was told that they were no longer making this tire and that they ordered us what they could. He relucantly aggreed to place the tire on the car because he thought there were no tire with white lettering being made by Goodyear the company we wanted to go with. When coming home we went online and fould the exact tire we wanted of the Goodyear web site. We then call Beckman's and got several excuses none of which put the blame on them. They ranged from blaming the distributor to blaming my husband to doing it for my safety. They were very rude on the phone and would say they would call you back but never did. I would never give the dealership any of my business ever again.
