i was greeted properly,my salesman had complete knowledge of the titan that i was interested in.there was no pressure to purchase now, it was a very comfortable experience. the price was very good and they delivered my truck to my business on long island for no extra charge .when i buy my next vehical [for my wife] i will see my salesman at koepple and try to purchase it from him
