I took my BMW for some repair work to Hendrick BMW and they fixed it in no time. They delivered a better service, I should say. They are very professional and deal with the customers in a cordial way, very helpful. They are competent and care a lot about the customers and cars. I am so impressed that I will buy one more BMW, even though I previously had four BMW's that I purchased new from other dealers. The customers here are fortunate that BMW thought it wise to give a monopoly in the Charlotte area to Hendrick. I love the product and this dealership too.
