STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. In 2004, we purchased a very nice 2000 I30 from this dealership. The sales experience was great and they seemed to honor the Internet price that was $2k lower than sticker on the car. We were so pleased with the sales experience, we bought a second vehicle from them a year later. HOWEVER, 1 1/2 years later when the transmission started to go and the driver's seat motor went out, we realized how badly we had been taken:

During the sale, we were told we had to purchase the "Certified Used" warranty; that even though advertised as a certified pre-owned Infiniti, it was not. So, we bought the package. We did not look too closely at the final paperwork, though, and it turns out that the salesman did not note the $595 charge as for the warranty. He put the price in and left the description blank. Wait, it gets better!!

When we first took the car in for an oil change, which was supposed to be free b/c of the warranty, the service guy, Shad Kipfer, told us that they had lost our paperwork. I had to go home and get it. He took it, said he'd make a copy, then left me to sit in his office for almost an hour. Of course, I forgot to get the paperwork back and never saw it again. Little did we know this was our only evidence of the warranty at that time.

A year later, when major mechanical problems set in, we called to get the warranty repairs. But suddenly, they had no record of the warranty, and the sales contract with the mystery charge isn't good enough. They were ugly about it, terribly rude, as well. We called Infiniti corporate, and they said, rudely, "Not our problem, handle the dealership yourself--it's a franchise." End of story--we were fraudulently sold a warranty that has not been honored on a car with a known major transmission problem (defective valve body--same on Maxima).

We will never buy another Nissan or Infiniti, and we strongly advise that you avoid any Infiniti or Nissan. Not only was this dealership complete sleaze, but the corporate Infiniti doesn't even care about its brand or reputation. Scum at the top does trickle down.
