We bought a used 2002 Jetta from Butler VW, three weeks ago. We were promised a few things would get fixed on the car and for it to be cleaned up and detailed. We brought it back for service and a detailing, and went out waisting five hours in Macon just to kill time so that they could finish. We decided to go check on it after not hearing from them and there had been nothing done to the car. We spoke with the general manager who was going to setup an appointment for us when the parts would get in to fix the car for the next week. After not hearing from anyone at the dealership, we called and got an appointment to get the car fixed two weeks after the first time they didn't do anything. Now we have got the car fixed finally, but they have not detailed the car. All I can say about this place is that this is the worst service I have ever recieved. Once I get all that they owe me, I will never return or buy from this dealership again. I love the car and product, but with this kind of service; they shouldn't even be in business.
