This dealership should be renamed a stealership. I took my car in to their service department because my battery had died. They diagnosed it as a bad alternator and replaced it with a rebuilt one, but charged me for a brand new one. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that there was a clicking sound coming from the front suspension, right below the alternator. I took it back and had a head mechanic ride with me to diagnose it. He said that it appeared that the right front suspension had not been replaced properly. Since it was a result of a mistake that their mechanic had made, I expected that they would retighten it without charging me for it. When I went to pick the car up, the Assistant Service Manager at the time told me that I was being charged because it was not their fault. I pointed out that the right front suspension was right below the alternator, and that their mechanic had to have disassembled it in order to replace the alternator. He then asked me "do you know where the alternator is? It's on top of the engine." So I opened the hood and showed him the alternator, located at the bottom right of the engine. He then told me that they would not charge me, but they would not be responsible for any damage done to the suspension.
