Neither Gary (the salesman I dealtwith) nor anyone else would not even give me a price on any vehicle until I came in. When I came in they didn't want to give me a bottom line for the price of a vehicle until I let them complete a credit app, which I refused to allow. Finally I told them they could do ONE credit app with Chrysler Financial. After over an hour of waiting, I got no answers back, and I left. They called me at home the next day wanting me to come back in, but still wouldn't help me by giving me the price of any of any of the vehicles, so I told them I no longer wanted to deal with them and asked them to leave me alone (which they ignored and called me every day for a week). I also found out they had lied to me about the mileage of the vehicle I was looking at. What really upsets me about this dealership, though, is the fact that I had my credit pulled a few weeks later, and discovered that Oak Ridge Chrysler had done 12 credit applications!!!!! Not just one, but 12!!! Now as you can imagine, this has REALLY hurt my credit score. I want to warn anyone considering buying a vehicle through this dealership. They are very sneaky, dishonest, and they are not courteous to deal with either. Drive an extra ten minutes and go to Harry Lane in Knoxville.
