We took our Audi in for the sludge repair kit that was part of the Audi campaign on the 1997-2004 oil sludge damage. This in itself was a hassle with a 12 day wait for my car. The service technician Bill was very short and while he said that he was just straight forward...he had no costumer service skills at all. I do not think we were ever given a smile. The day we picked the car up we drove it off the lot and the check engine light came on again. We turned around it the diagnostic stated that the cam adjuster was bad. After arguing that this was not a problem before the car touched, they turned us away saying it would cost $1000 to fix. That Audi would not cover it. My issue is with both Audi of Charleston and Audi corporate for not backing cars. But mailny this place had horrible service, no skills in helping the costumer out. I was treated like a nobody who just owned a 2001. I was also at one time told by the service manager that this is what happens when you buy a used car! The car barely has 100000 miles on it!! So...that means any Audi owners when you hit 100000 miles get rid of it!!!!
