Marc Eberle, Service Manager, is rude and obnoxious. On top of that, their service department is incompetent. I dropped my car off in the morning for service, they told me it would be ready that afternoon. I went back that afternoon and they said it wasn't ready (no phone call to let me know that). So I took time off work the next day, and when I got there they told me they hadn't even started the work yet. Worse yet, they told me they weren't sure when they would get to it. I started to complain and Marc Eberle told me to "take my car and get out of here, we don't need your business." So I wasted two days time and didn't even get my car worked on.
THESE GUYS SUCK. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
