I am very displeased with the recent services we have received at Frank Bommarito. We brought our Mazda 6 to the dealership because we were having a problem with our front brakes. We were told the front brake pads and rotors were replaced. Soon afterwards we started hearing a grinding sound and experiencing a grabbing/pulling which we suspected was from the front brakes. We returned the car and our back brake pads were replaced. As far as I know, the front brakes were not checked when we returned it. The sounds and grabbing continued, so we seriously doubt we needed back brake pads. We returned the car again. The technician kept saying he couldn't replicate the problem although I experience it everyday. Later we were called and told we could pick up the car. When I asked if they'd found the problem and fixed it, I was told that a front brake clip hadn't been properly affixed and the problem was fixed. We picked up the car again. Not only are we still experiencing the same problems, at times when braking we hear a loud spongy sound when pessing the brake pedal. I am very afraid the brakes are not going to stop. It is a very scary experience. Although we love our Mazda 6, I seriously doubt if we would buy another one based on the service we are receiving from the Mazda dealerships. The only reason we drive 26 miles (one way) each time to return it to Frank Bommarito is because we purchased the car at Frank Bommarito and the service is even worse at Planet Mazda which is much closer to our home.
