Signed purchase agreement, and then they jerked me around for weeks, and finally backed out of deal saying they couldn't find the car...but could get me something similar for a different price!!! All the while, they had my deposit.

Default Comment on They Make Lawyers Look Honest!!!

We has the SAME exact thing happen! They told us the car wasn't available and that the lease agreement disclosing the full terms of the agreement has to be drawn up. They never signed the receipt for our deposit which contained the general terms of the proposed deal but orally agreed that our "good faith" deposit was refundable if we did not accept delivery of the car or the lease agreement bearing the fully disclosed terms (i.e. money factor, residual value, overage penalties, warranty info.). When we finally got a copy of the lease agreement, the terms were radically different. Shockingly, the car would have a residual value of 64% and yet we would be paying for more than half of its value!! Needless to say, this was NOT the deal that had been proposed. If you respect the value of your hard-earned money, do not go to Legend Nissan and give away to these shisty, minute salesmen looking to make a fast buck at your expense. STAY AWAY!!!!
