My buying experience from Sam Packs Five Star Ford was most definitely a five star experience from the moment the sales person greeted us at the door, to the very brief and fair price negotiation, to the smooth financing process, and picking up the car. I think it is important to mention that the car that was purchased was a preowned Chevy Aveo for my daughter. The way we were treated through the process, one would have thought that we were buying a brand new top of the line Ford product. After we left the dealership, we discovered a couple of issues with the vehicle and called our salesperson. He had us bring it in immediately and took care of these minor issues. To make the adjustments, we needed to leave the vehicle overnight and our salesperson arranged for a loaner. The car was ready the next day even earlier than promised. I will be purchasing another car in 2009 and will be returning to Sam Packs for my new vehicle.
