[FONT='Lucida Grande']Horrible and unethical, certainly not the behavior one would expect from a MB dealership. Went in with my mom, I'm in the market for an S550, she had made an appointment to look at for the second time an ML. We started the negotiation process the dealer knowing full well I also want to purchase an S550, just as my mom is about to write a check and meet their offer the manager says oh this other couple walked offered us full price. Talk about unethical. Every MB dealership I've ever been to has told me MB policy forbids them to show a car to two people at the same time, nor will they even discuss a car unless the other person walks away, regardless of the offer. It was absolutely disgusting. Plus he came back and told us he looked online for other similar ones, trying to pull a bait and switch. Even though the sales rep was kind and knowledgeable at first, it was all a sham. Avoid this dealership unless you want to be treated like you're buying a cheap American car, this is certainly not the experience MB takes pride in offering their customers. I'll be buying my S from a trustworthy and ethical dealership.[/FONT]
