 As a former service technician, I know what good service is and it is not what one receives from Red Holman. My family has leased or purchased 5 Pontiac or GMC vehicles in the past 10 years. Even though Red Holman is by far the nearest dealership to our home, (less than 2 miles) none of the above vehicles were from Red Holman. My wife and I would rather drive 30 to 50 minutes out of our way to Bob Jeanotte or Rinke to avoid dealing with the Red Holman. On a few rare occassions we reluctantly took cars in for warranty or emergency repairs because the other dealers were so much further away. Each time we did so we ultimately had to resolve the repair with another service crew, either because of repeated failed attempts to fix the problem or because they gave us a significantly higher quote. I will never return to Red Holman and advise others to avoid them as well.
