I had been searching for the "best deal" for a few weeks. I knew the SUV I wanted, I knew the color combination, I knew the equipment. With that information in hand, I began calling dealers within a 100 mile radius of where I live, starting with the farthest away. Many of the dealers I spoke with were reluctant to offer any information, others were more than willing to assure me that if I bought from them it would be the cheapest. Then I got around to calling my local dealer, Crown Acura. My salesman, Kevin Butler, very politely answered all of my questions regarding pricing and availability of the car I wanted. Mr. Butler was quick to state that his goal was not to sell me my new Acura for the cheapest price, but he assured me that I would get the high level of service Acura clientele demand; he was right. I am sure I could have saved several hundred dollars by driving to another dealer, but I would have missed the great service provided by the entire staff at Crown Acura, especially Kevin. I am very satisfied with my experience and my new MDX. The service after the sale has been top notch too! If you're looking for a new or preowned Acura, do yourself a favor and call Kevin Butler at Crown Acura.
