I needed to rant and rave, so here it is, if you cant understand my story from the paragraph below email me, and i would be happy to tell you about my experience at Carmean Dodge in Shingle Springs

What can I say about Carmean Dodge… well they would want you to believe that they have a program to work with any credit, damaged or lack there of. We’ll that’s what they get you to believe when your in there, they will also sell you a car on this premise. The real kicker come in when they call you four to five days later and tell you that you need to bring the car back in or get a co-signer… I mean honestly, what kind of car dealership does this….. they should have informed me of this fact when I was there for FIVE hours haggling to purchase this car. Not get my hopes up, tell me they can get me a car on my own credit, only to get me “attached” to the car and then tell me that I need a co-signer to keep the car. This is a cruel and manipulative way to sell vehicles, and what makes it even worse is their whole advertising campaign (the reason I went their first) was because they would with people with less than perfect credit or no credit. I would avoid this place at all cost, their management was rude while I was there trying to figure this whole situation out. They acted as if caused this problem when in fact they did by falsifying information to me and I assume the lending bank (which is why I had to return the car). This is not the way a dealership should operate, they will tell you anything and tell the banks anything to get you approved, but when the time comes for Carmean to verify the information they cannot do it (IE: monthly income, they provided the lending bank false information to get my approval). Thus, causing them to call their customer and demand the vehicle back.

I really could go on all day about why not to give them your business but I hope from my “review” above you see that they have shady tactics and practices and should be avoided at all cost.
