Hello,

I went to Fairfield Ford to claim my promotional price (at least a 41 piece tool set). So I got in and the sales person told me that they were out of the 56 and some thousand tool sets that they apparently made available to all winners. Fairfield Ford's excuse was that too many people took more than 1 tool set each. I do not care about the tool set itself, but the whole promotion was just a cheap excuse to get people in the door to sell them cars. After I told the sales person that I was not in the market for a new car he got quite snippy and offered my the chance to win a cheap vacation if I referred them a buyer. What a cheap shot. This showed me that Fairfield Ford does not offer any integrity, they can't even deliver on a winning price, I would certainly never consider buying a car from them and neither recommend somebody else to go there. The are WAY better and professional Ford dealerships out there.
