For a busy, on-the-move executive like me, servicing my Ford Taurus at a fixed time was particularly difficult. In its online segment, there is a section called “alternative date” and “alternative time”, through which I could easily fix my most convenient time for service. Small, thoughtful features like this go a long way in making our lives simpler.
