The guy was very nice at first and shot me a price that I could not turn down on the truck. I was not able to finance through the dealership so I went through my Credit Union. Jay would not let me drive the truck away until he had the Credit Union's check, which is understandable but he was not willing to work with us at all. He did not have the title to begin with and the Credit Union would not release a check without the title. This is a MAJOR Credit Union for Denver and he would not trust that he would get a check. I had to change my plans for the week in order to play his waiting game in order to get the truck that I already had put $2,500 down on. And then he refused to fill the truck up with gas. I received the truck with less than a half of tank of fuel. So for the truck that I put $2,500 down on, I had to wait almost a week to drive away with it and than my fist stop was to fill it with fuel so I could make it home. I will never recommend this dealership. If I was able to get my money back I would have backed out of the truck and never gotten into such a hassel with him.
