I had my first experience with West Broad Honda service, and it will be my last. Although the website says that an oil change should take 45 min to 1 hr, I was sitting in the lounge for an hour and fifteen minutes before I finally got up to speak to the guy I had first encountered when I came in. I asked him how much longer my car would be, and all my paperwork turned out to be sitting on his desk. Then when I went to the cashier I learned that he had not factored in the $5 off coupon I had given him. Thankfully the cashier was intelligent enough to just give me the $5 off. She then told me that my car would be outside, but when I got out there it was not. I thought maybe she meant that it would be parked out back, so I went around to the back. I realized that the car was locked, and I asked a service worker if I was supposed to have already received my keys. He first questioned me on whether or not I had paid, and I explained to him that I did and they told me to go outside to get my car. He went off to get my keys, and another person came out to question me. Then another person came out and again questioned whether I had paid and told me to go wait on the side of the building. I was extremely frustrated with having to explain that YES I had paid and YES I understood that my car should have been brought out to the side but that it had not been and I had been there for about an hour and a half now. Finally someone got my keys and brought the car around to me, and although they said "have a nice day," nothing was done to apologize for the long wait and lack of communication on their part. Needless to say, that will be my last visit.
