Bought vehicle with coffee spilled down doors and over all filthy. They promised detail, nav disk, and dvd headsets. Took in for appointment detailer left early, nav disk not in bcz they are nolonger certified to get direct and have to buy after market (they will not get it from other local dealer that has it in stock for me), headsets from China! Parts not by manufacturer, and not living up to promises. Should I mention wrong owners manual and people refusing adjustments because of it? Very disappointed in what use to be a reputable seller.
