This dealership can not follow through with what they say. I called on saturday morning to inquire about a used car, Jamie said they still had it and that she would go put her eyes on it and call me back. As of monday morning I still had not received a call back, in fact I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told they were all in a meeting and one would call me back shortly. That was 8:30 am, around 7:15 that night my caller id showed they tried to call for the very first time......wow thats service.
I live in Oklahoma City and have family that live close to the dealership that was able to go and look at the car on saturday and if things were ok with the car and a deal could have been worked out, I was available on monday to go get it. Jamie was made aware of that on saturday.
Guess they have so much business they don't need to treat customers with respect and follow through with what they say.
This is one dealership that won't get a chance for my business .....twice is enough.
The absolute worst i've ever seen. This would have been the 4th car we would have purchased in Texas over the last several years.

Good Luck if you decide to try and do business with this dealership.......YOU'LL NEED IT!!!!!!!
