The locks stop working on my car that is a 2005 but only has 38,000 miles on it. It still unlocks but won't lock. I called to get this checked out and of course, i missed my warranty date by 24 days. She said I could open a claim with Acura but that it would cost $150 no matter what just to run a test. I can already tell them what is wrong with my car. But they said they still have to run the test to make sure and I have to pay for it. From there Acura may decide that they might cover some or all of the repair work. Too bad I won't know until it's too late and I'll probably end up owing them hundreds of dollars. This sucks, i really just need an estimate of what this will cost, not the run around.
