I had just purchased a pre-owned Lincoln LS from a dealership in Springfield, IL and was on a business trip to Indianapolis. The transmission failed! I called this dealership and Steve Braaten asked me to have the car towed in and he would try to help me. He went to bat for me. Without his great assistance, the rotten Hyundai dealership where I purchased the car would have left me stranded and paying for a new transmission for a car I had owned only 4 days. He ordered a reconditioned trans for me and had it installed and ready to go the very next morning! He even printed the vehicle history report that my Illinois dealer refused to do. Even the CCF Parts staff helped me find a hotel for my overnight stay! I wish I had purchased my car from Capitol City Ford! Unfortunately, I live in Illinois, but I'll NEVER forget how Mr. Braaten and his service staff treated me. I felt truly cared for. This is a dealership with integrity and great service. Thank you.
