The biggest complaints that I have against them are this.
1. Before the tell you the price on a vehicle, they get you started on filling out a credit application.
2. Though out the process you are sighning here, initializing there and you are not really sure where you are in the process but they make you feel like you are totally committed to the purchase and you can't back out now.
3. The want you to do the deal now before you can go and do some more research on the vehicle. I told him I wanted to go and check out the Mariners as I knew some approximate pricing etc on the Ford Escapes. He was going to get me the blue book pricing which he never did as the topic got changed.
4. I ended up paying very high book on a vehicle which I think will be a good vehicle but I will not purchase another car from them unless the management changes. This high book was down from the almost new price that they quoted on the first round. When I checked out their internet pricing the next day, my best guess is that I paid 2-3K more than I should have.
5. They are professional salesmen that will pretty much do whatever they can to "close the deal" and unless you are familiar with the car purchasing process, they will take you for a ride. I had my last car for about 9 years so this is not something I do very often.
