<b>My daughter went to buy a car from kirby. We have bought from them before so, we felt good about going there well after picking out a nice safe car for my daughter, the deal was done or so we thought after money was exchanged and paperwork done (I even had the car added to our insurance) the owner came in and said no!!!! needless to say we are all heartbroken. My complaint is why lead us to believe something is a done deal with paperwork and all if its just going to be yanked from us. When I bought my Jeep from them as a woman I did notice how I was talked down to so I was leary but thought maybe I was wrong but now I dont think I was. Please Please dont buy from such a cold hearted dealear they dont have your best interest at heart.
