This dealership is worse place to buy your car. Staff, they dont treat you well. Specially, SALES REP. MARK D. I dont know what does he think of himself. That guy, curse at you when he talks. He has no manner. When you put your price on the table. instead, of making negotiation, He laugh and makes stupid comments. He lie as well. After the whole conversation. His manager Jason Ostrowsky, Sales Mgr will come. He will take his side and tell you that dont listen to him. his new, blow, blow, blow. You will waste your time in this dealrship. They treat you like, you are buying something for $1. I know, you still go there after all these negative review. If you still go do not take SALES REP. MARK D as you sales rape. Otherwise, YOU ARE GOING TO WASTE TIME.I have one request to BRAD BENSON. Please, Fire Mark D. he is negative impact on your business. Not me, Lot of people are saying that. My few friends bought cars from him and they had worse experience from this place. Or, teach him some manner how to talk to the customer. Customer are spending 20k to 30K. So, they do deserve the respect and dignity.Hope, this review help the future buys.By the way,I bought the car from Colonial. I paid $1000.00 less then what BRAD Benson offer me end of the negotiation.
