the customer service at big red's was outstanding!!! all i knew about the car was that it had 4 wheels and it went down the road after talking to Les i have a peace of mind that i made a good desicion to purchase a kia. And as i was waiting for finance the sales manager and three other salesman said hello to me!!! I will be buying my vehicles from big red's from now on. they have made a customer for life.
