I had a couple of loose u-joints on my truck and took it in to get them replaced. First they charged me $98 to confirm what I already knew (which took about, oh 10 minutes to do). Then they proceed to tell me my entire drive shaft needs to be replaced, and it will cost around $1000. I've spent a good part of my life working on cars and knew they were lying out their ass. They were literally trying to rob me. The customer service was awful; the guy I interacted with was a complete jerk and utterly incompetent. I can't believe they are still in business. I am shocked they are still in business as I can't imagine anyone having a good experience there. Oh, I went to another place and had the u-joints replaced in less than an hour for a fraction of the cost. Michael Jordan Nissan is filled with mendacious, thieving crooks... do yourself a favor and stay away or you will be royally screwed.
