I would not suggest doing business with this dealer under any circumstance. The first time I did business with them they did a yo yo scam on me, claiming I could not get financed 4 days after I signed all the paper work and was told the car was mine. One week later I bought the exact same car through another dealer for a lower price and had no trouble with financing. The second time I brought my vehicle in to get the tires rotated, and they drained out $80 worth of Mobil One, with 200 miles on it, and replaced it with $25 worth motorcraft oil, but did not rotate my tires until I noticed it was not done and they tied to charge me for their mistake and refused to reimburse me for the oil they had drained. The third time I brought my vehicle into the body shop for repair which they said would take only three weeks, and they had it for two months; as well as tried to return it with visible damage, a cheaper grille guard, and the alignment off by almost half a turn of the steering wheel. After they had made additional claims to come to total of over $13000. Their excuse was they didnt think I would notice. I will never do business with them again even if my transmission falls out in front of the dealership, and I would not suggest giving them a chance unless you want to pay more than you have to for less than bad service.
