I purchased a used 3-year old vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. The purchase experience was unbelievable, they had 3 different prices listed on the car (internet and sales floor) and used each one to negotiate with depending on how they saw the deal going. At one point they put my offer on hold to see if they could get a better offer from someone else!! There is a LOT more to this experience that is truely unbelivable - never been through this type of car buying tactics before and I have purchased a lot cars over the past 40 years!

The car was equipped with push button start and only required a key fob to start. When asked about the keys required to lock the glove box and open the truck I was told to go to any dealer (this was not a Toyota) to get the keys made and get a second key fob. They would reimburse me right away - two + months later still have not received the $200 for the keys/fob (BTW - it's not easy to get keys to a car without paperwork, title, etc).

How about the absolute clincher - I haven't had the opportunity to drive the car that much because it's been in the shop for numerous engine repairs. I got myself a 3-year old, 17k mile LEMON!! RUN, don't walk, away from this dealership!
