This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Will make this simple and to the point. I purchased a car from these thieves in January of 09. Immediately had engine problems. Took it in for them to look at it found out it needed new motor mounts and a new transmission. To their credit they fixed it and returned it to me three and a half months later. They did give me 8 different loaner cars while my car was in their care. That is a whole other nightmare of a story. Got my car back in May. Day one car needed four new tires. Last week, while driving home from work my dashboard lit up with warning lights. Called Thrifty next day to see if they would take a look at it. They flat out refused and told me I would have to take it to the Volkswagon dealership. I did as they suggested and found it now needs a water pump, battery, alternator, thermostat, two fans (was told they knew they were shot when I bought the car), and a pulley. I cannot afford these repairs so I will return car. I made a huge mistake in trusting these fools. I have contacted news channel 8 and abc action news. I have contacted an attorney. You cannot use the "Lemon Law" on used cars but you can sue them for consumer fraud. Beware. My new purpose in life is to show people how horrible this clan is.
